We’ll soon be hiring for a variety of roles to join our team, both full-time and part-time, to bring the 11:11 experience to life. At 11:11, we believe in cross-training, so each team member will have the opportunity to learn and work across all areas—from the bar to the floor—gaining a well-rounded skill set and contributing to a seamless guest experience. All team members will also play a part in our social media presence, sharing their stories and experiences with our online audience:

  • Head Chef: Lead our kitchen and bring the bold, authentic flavors of Latin America to life at 11:11. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality, and training the team in traditional techniques. You'll also engage with our community through social media, sharing behind-the-scenes moments and showcasing Latin American cuisine.

  • Restaurant Manager: Lead front-of-house operations, foster a positive work culture, and gain experience across all roles. This position involves engaging with our community through social media, sharing behind-the-scenes moments and participating in live streams to connect with guests.

  • Lead Bartender: Showcase your mixology skills and connect with customers through live streams and behind-the-scenes social posts.

  • Bartenders (Full-Time and Part-Time): Be comfortable sharing your work on social media and participating in live events online.

  • Baristas: Contribute to our social media by sharing coffee creations and engaging with our community online.

  • Lead Floor Staff: Represent 11:11 in social media features and support the team in sharing their experiences.

  • Floor Staff (Full-Time and Part-Time): Be ready to participate in social content, including behind-the-scenes posts and team stories.
